RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS

Seamless Inspection recommends that any homebuyer or seller, millennial, first-time homebuyer or veteran hire a formally trained and certified home inspector for their protection. In today's crazy market, some buyers are waiving the home inspection only to find out later that the very home inspection they should have gotten would have saved them thousands in repairs. Our inspectors look for defects and equipment around the home that may be nearing end of expected life or is not performing as intended. Because our inspectors know what to look for, our reports can pay for themselves. For more information on what we look at during a typical home inspection click the ASHI standards button. one year warranty inspection

One-year Warranty Inspection

Your one-year builder’s warranty will expire the first year after closing. Many times the one-year warranty expiration marks the final opportunity to identify, document, and inform your Builder of items that need repair or adjustment. All safety hazards, repairs, and adjustments should be professionally documented BEFORE your Builder is relieved of their responsibility under this warranty period.

We will thoroughly inspect your new home and develop a list of warranty issues that may be covered by your Builder. Our detailed and thorough inspection can reveal items that are safety hazards or are not performing their intended function. Protect your investment and call today to schedule your warranty inspection.

Seller's inspection

Seller's Inspection

Our Pre-sale consultation gives you an overall idea of what you will have to do to get your home ready for listing. As an inspector we work on both sides of the for sale sign. We walk around the home with you and point out repairs that you may wish to make before you put your home up for sale. By gaining knowledge about your homes condition you are less likely to get blindsided by the buyer's inspector. A pre-sale consultation gives you the competitive edge when it comes to offering a buyer greater peace of mind. In a buyer's market, this inspection can put you a step ahead of your competition. Ask about our Pre-sale consultation before you list.
