Please remember that freezing temperatures can damage your water pipes. It is very important that you remove hoses from outside spigots (hose bibs) at the very least. You can protect your pipes even more by installing the winter covers found at Home Depot or Lowes. And, if you don't already have frost proof hose bibs on your house, consider having them put on as soon as you can. It is not a good feeling coming home to a wet basement.
