If you own a condo

If you are a condo owner there is a chance that you have a hydro-air handler in the ceiling. If you look up at the ceiling and see a large metal door, there is a good chance that is where your HVAC system is installed. One of the keys to prolonging this units life is replacing the intake filters. They may be located on the hinged door or in a wall or ceiling near the unit. Replace these filters on a regular schedule to keep your unit working efficiently. Also if you have a condensing unit (metal box outside the condo with a fan in the top middle) take a hose and wash off the cooling fins periodically. This will ensure you will get the most out of your air conditioning system this summer. Call 303-507-8172 or text us if you have any questions
